The hotel is conveniently located between two train stations, making it easy to explore the center of the city. the metro and station are within a short walking distance, allowing for quick and convenient transportation. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the service was friendly and accommodating, and the nearby breakfast options offered a variety of choices. some rooms offered a nice view of the neighborhood.
The lock to the bedroom was a bit difficult to use.

The hostel is near to subway station. The manager is very nice, however it is hard to understand his Italian English for a foreigner. I would suggest that he could speak slowly. The cleanliness of the room is good, however the shower bath is a little dirty, especially, the shower should be replaced with a new one.

Facilities provided were great. Especially if the family travel is around 6 persons

The rooms are well-priced and come with basic amenities such as air conditioning. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
All was well at this hotel.

I thought the welcome from Renato and mini tour of the area was great, nice settling in experience - the accomodation was roomy and well fitted and a nice little balcony free internet, great pizza and wine cheap in the area and only 2 stops from the colosseum on metro
The cleaner could of done a better job and no oven (not that you need it) and not enough utensils in kitchen

Close to all attractions.
The shower was in a disgusting condition. It was mouldy. The shower holder was broken. One could at least provide a soap stand. The bathroom should have an extractor fan. The early morning noise was dreadful.

Nice apartment, with everything you need. Close to the Garbatella metro station and to the center. There is a market nearby, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables at a good price. The owner was nice to wait for us at the metro station and to give some hints where to find different stuff in the neighborhood.

Location (near to Metro-3 stops from Colosseo, train station from Flumicino- 25 mins, great coffee shop, gelato, restaurant, authentic Italian pizza stop and Carrefour), owner pick us up from the train station and showed us around the area, everything you need in the room ie comfy clean double bed, cupboard, desk, hot water, hair dryer, safe and pc
Difficult to open front door, dusty floors underneath the bed, not too clean toilet, inconsistent hot water, no receipt for payment made, felt like staying in someone's apartment, insufficient hanger in the cupboard

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. The location was perfect for us as it was away from the main street, giving it a lovely Italian feel. The hotel was also close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The metro was just a short walk away, allowing us to easily access other parts of this city. The wifi was flawless, which was a huge plus. Additionally, having a large supermarket like Eataly across the road was very convenient.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I felt at home in my own studio flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The room was air conditioned, had free wifi and a small TV. The staff was extremely helpful and waited for me despite my late arrival. The location was excellent, near a metro station and just a few stops away from the city center. Highly recommended!
For us, it was ideal.

The room was small and smelled after cigarettes. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were dirty and mildew. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Real mess. I do not recommend this place at all!

Location close to metro B and train (Fiumicino / Ostie), very practical. Welcoming owner (gives maps, advices on where to buy things on sundays).
Equipment is rather old and basic in the kitchen (plates and glasses of all kinds ; missing spoons and mugs)
